Professional Biography
Josh Goldfeder is a Co-Founder and Owner of Integrity Treatment Partners, where he combines his luxury real estate expertise with a commitment to high-quality addiction treatment. He co-founded the company alongside Michael Mechow, Samantha Callister, John Anderson, and Daniel Pflaumer, personally handling real estate acquisitions and operational setup to launch facilities in under 12 months. Simultaneously, Josh played a key role in expanding Integrity Homes—a 12-step-based sober living program founded by John Anderson and Daniel Pflaumer—by securing and adding new locations. A licensed real estate professional trained at a nationally recognized firm, he also owns and operates Nassau County Expeditors, a permit expediting service.
Personal Journey
Josh got sober at age 20 in Long Beach while living in a house full of people still actively using—a challenging environment that gave him firsthand insight into how much the right support and surroundings matter in recovery. That experience deeply shapes his work today: he's passionate about making high-quality treatment accessible to everyone, believing recovery spaces should feel clean, welcoming, and human—with simple comforts like good coffee. At heart, Josh is someone who's walked the difficult path of addiction and early sobriety himself, and now dedicates his career to helping others achieve the lasting recovery he fought hard to build.
