Mission Statement
At Integrity Treatment Partners, we are driven by a personal and profound commitment to combat the opioid crisis and alleviate the suffering of addiction.
Our founders, deeply touched by the heartbreak of addiction within their own lives and the community, stand united in the mission to offer hope and a path to recovery for those afflicted.
Nestled in the heart of Long Island, we understand the devastating impact of the opioid epidemic on our community. Each statistic is more than a number—it represents a life, a family, and a story. Our mission is to counteract this dire trend by providing compassionate, comprehensive, and evidence-based treatment.
"Together, we strive to restore health, hope, and integrity to lives touched by addiction."
Founded in Recovery
Our leadership team—John, Josh, Mike, Sam, and Danny—didn't just learn about addiction in a classroom. We lived it. Our collective journeys began over 15 years ago when the first of us found sobriety. We know the darkness of addiction, but more importantly, we know the light of recovery.

2025: Continued Growth
Integrity becomes a fully accredited outpatient treatment center by the Joint Commission. Our third sober home opens in Freeport, solidifying our network of care across the South Shore.
Serving the South Shore
We are deeply rooted in the community, serving clients from Long Beach, Oceanside, Freeport, Baldwin, Uniondale, and Merrick. We believe help should be easy to reach. That's why we offer transportation, are accessible by train/car, and provide 24/7 support.
