

Professional Biography
John Anderson is a Co-Founder and Owner of Integrity Treatment Partners. Before dedicating himself full-time to managing and growing Integrity Treatment Partners, John was a Local 1 Elevator Constructor for many years, serving on their Board of Trustees. His experience working with union members and their families has given him a unique perspective on addiction's impact on working-class communities. John has personally helped dozens of union workers and their families get on the path to recovery. He grew up upstate in Rockland County, New York, raised by his incredible mother Debbie, who has been nothing short of passionate and dedicated to supporting John's recovery. In 2022, John co-founded Integrity Homes, a 12-step based sober living provider, alongside Daniel Pflaumer. John was crucial in founding Integrity Treatment Partners alongside Michael Mechow, Samantha Callister, and Josh Goldfeder.
Personal Journey
John first entered sobriety in 2018 in Nassau County, marking the beginning of a transformative journey that would shape his life and career. After years of struggling with addiction, John found hope and healing through the 12-step program and the support of his family, especially his mother Debbie. His personal experience with recovery in Nassau County gave him deep insight into the challenges and opportunities within the local recovery community. This journey inspired him to dedicate his life to helping others find the same path to sobriety, eventually leading him to co-found Integrity Homes and Integrity Treatment Partners to provide compassionate, effective treatment for those struggling with addiction.
