Cory Polansky is a Certified Recovery Peer Advocate (CRPA) at Integrity Treatment Partners. Drawing from personal recovery experience, Cory connects with clients on a deep level, offering the kind of understanding and support that only comes from walking a similar path. With experience as Lead Behavioral Health Tech at Ascendant New York's inpatient rehab facility, Cory brings valuable insight from working across different levels of care. He helps clients navigate the challenges of early recovery and connects them with resources that support their long-term success. He also manages a Freeport Integrity Sober Homes, bringing firsthand understanding of the recovery process to his role.

Personal Journey

Cory first entered sobriety in 2023 after struggling with addiction for over 30 years. His recovery journey began at one of Integrity Homes Sober Homes in Freeport, where he found the structure, support, and community he needed to achieve lasting sobriety after decades of struggle. Today, Cory manages that same sober home, helping others find the same path to recovery that transformed his own life.
