Alicia Muruzumbay

Alicia Muruzumbay is an Office Assistant at Integrity Treatment Partners, where she is often the first person clients meet when they come in for care. She handles patient intake, scheduling, insurance verification, electronic medical records, multi-line phones, and keeps communication flowing between patients and providers. Alicia is a certified EKG Technician, a credential that gave her hands-on experience with cardiac monitoring and deepened her understanding of patient care in clinical settings. She is currently studying Radiologic Technology at LaGuardia Community College, working toward her goal of becoming a radiologic technologist. For Alicia, healthcare is personal. She genuinely enjoys helping others and puts real effort into making sure every client feels comfortable, valued, and happy with the care they receive from the moment they walk through the door.
