What Is Virtual IOP? Hybrid Intensive Outpatient Treatment on Long Island
Virtual IOP at Integrity Treatment Partners is a hybrid intensive outpatient track: you attend in-person 3-hour group sessions at our Baldwin office, and individual therapy (and, when appropriate, psychiatry or medication follow-ups) can happen by telehealth. It is not a fully remote program and it is not virtual group therapy. On Long Island, people search for it when they need real weekly structure but cannot commute to Baldwin for every one-on-one appointment.
Integrity Treatment Partners offers this hybrid outpatient care for New York residents. One-on-one sessions run on a HIPAA-compliant video platform when that fits the treatment plan. You still work with licensed clinicians, a medical team, and a written plan. Group therapy meets in person at 2250 Grand Ave, Baldwin — the room is part of the clinical work.
What virtual IOP is, and what it is not
In-person IOP groups at our Baldwin office run for three hours, with individual therapy, medication, and family work when those are part of the plan. Virtual care at Integrity is different in one important way: individual sessions, psychiatric visits, medication management, and intake assessments can happen by telehealth. Group therapy still meets in person.
That mix is the practical version of virtual IOP for many working adults. Clients still attend at least 9 hours a week in 3-hour in-person groups. Integrity runs up to 16 IOP groups a week as schedule options. You skip the drive for one-on-one work. Groups stay in Baldwin, and individual therapy and psychiatry can happen from home.

Virtual IOP is not a chat bot, an app, or a self-paced course. It is scheduled treatment with a New York-licensed program. It is also not available if you live outside New York. Licensure follows the state where you are sitting during the session.
Who it fits
Virtual and hybrid IOP tends to work for people who:
- Live in New York and can get to Baldwin for in-person groups, with telehealth for individual sessions
- Need the group to stay in person and the one-on-one visit to happen by video
- Need dual diagnosis care (anxiety, depression, PTSD, bipolar) along with addiction treatment
- Are stable enough for a private video session and have a closed door for that call
It is a poor fit if you need medical detox, 24-hour supervision, or you do not have a private place to talk. Those situations belong in a higher level of care first.
What you need to log on
A smartphone can work in a pinch. A laptop or tablet with a camera, headphones, and Wi-Fi is easier for a 45- to 60-minute session. Use a closed door. Do not join from a parked car in a parking lot if you can avoid it. The point is the same as in-person therapy: you have to be able to talk.

Intake can start the same day you call. Admissions confirms that you are in New York, walks through insurance after you call, and books the first clinical assessment.
How it connects to in-person IOP
We do not operate an Ulster County clinic. Individual telehealth visits are available to New York residents, including people in Highland, Kingston, and other parts of the Hudson Valley. Group sessions are still in person at 2250 Grand Ave, Baldwin. A hybrid week means fewer trips for one-on-one visits.
If you later need more weekly hours on site, available tracks at 2250 Grand Ave, Baldwin, NY 11510 include Morning IOP at 10:00 AM, Afternoon IOP at 2:30 PM (5 days a week), Evening Intensive Outpatient for alcohol rehab, and Saturday IOP at 10:00 AM. Medication-assisted treatment with Suboxone, Sublocade, Vivitrol, or Brixadi can be managed in clinic or, when clinically appropriate, coordinated through telehealth follow-ups.
Call (516) 200-1669 to schedule intake. Admissions can review insurance after you call. Learn more at www.integritytreatmentpartners.com.
