Integrity Treatment Partners has been nominated for FourLeaf’s Best of Long Island in Best Addiction Rehabilitation.

The clinic’s nomination graphic uses that category name. On the contest site, the matching page is titled Best Addiction Rehabilitation Center on Long Island, and the winner headings shorten it to Best Addiction Rehabilitation.

A short history of Integrity Treatment Partners

The clinic’s about page tells the story in a few dates.

In 2022, the first sober living home opened in Freeport. In 2023, Integrity Treatment Partners was founded and the licensing work for a full outpatient program began. In November 2024, the Baldwin clinic opened to clients. In 2025, The Joint Commission accredited the outpatient program, and a third sober home opened in Freeport. A second sober home, in Uniondale, had opened in 2024.

The same page says the leadership team did not only study addiction in a classroom. Their own recovery started more than 15 years ago. The clinic is at 2250 Grand Ave, Baldwin, NY 11510, licensed by the New York State Office of Addiction Services and Supports, and accredited by The Joint Commission. People come from Nassau County, Queens, Suffolk County, and Westchester.

Care includes outpatient treatment, intensive outpatient (IOP) with day and evening tracks, and medication-assisted treatment. Clinical hours are Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., and Saturday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Admissions are open 24 hours a day.

A short history of Best of Long Island

Best of Long Island is a reader contest. Long Islanders nominate businesses, then vote.

Long Island Press reported on September 26, 2012, that the contest was in its eighth year and had started as a small editor’s-choice arts and entertainment program. That same announcement made Bethpage Federal Credit Union the naming sponsor, with voting opening October 1, 2012. Publisher Jed Morey said the organization had spent the previous seven years building the program.

In 2016, Schneps Communications acquired the contest from Morey Publishing. Bethpage stayed on as sponsor. The contest site now says that on March 3, 2025, Bethpage changed its name to FourLeaf Federal Credit Union, and that FourLeaf continues as the naming sponsor. A January 1, 2026, Long Island Press item called the 2027 contest the 22nd annual.

The rules on bestoflongisland.com are the ones that matter for this ballot:

  • Nominations run January 1 through August 31. The site says 2027 nominations are closed.
  • The top 15 to 18 nominees in a category, depending on the category, move to the ballot.
  • Voting runs October 1 through December 15.
  • A person can vote once per day in a category.
  • Each category has one local winner, the name with the most votes. There is no second or third place.
  • A national winner is named only where the category includes one.
  • After voting ends, the contest says ballots are checked for fraudulent or abusive votes before winners are announced.
