Integrity Treatment Partners Is in Its Second Year in Baldwin, NY
BALDWIN, NY — October 2026 — Integrity Treatment Partners, an outpatient addiction treatment center at 2250 Grand Ave in Baldwin, is in its second year of operations. The clinic opened to clients in November 2024. Since opening, it has grown its clinical staff and earned national accreditation, while keeping addiction treatment accessible to working adults on Long Island.
The clinic opened as an addiction treatment on Long Island provider with a straightforward premise: offer structured intensive outpatient care on a schedule that lets patients keep their jobs, stay with their families, and sleep in their own beds. The model uses intensive outpatient programming, individual therapy, group counseling, and medication-assisted treatment to address substance use disorders without requiring a 28-day residential stay.
"We started with a small team and a clear idea: make real treatment available to people who can't leave their lives for 28 days," said Josh Goldfeder, Co-Founder. "Since we opened, we have a medical director with nearly 40 years of experience, a full clinical team, and we're treating people from Nassau, Suffolk, Queens, and Westchester."

In 2025, the clinic earned Joint Commission behavioral health accreditation and maintained its license from the New York State Office of Addiction Services and Supports (OASAS). The two credentials together place the clinic among a smaller group of outpatient providers in the region that hold both state licensure and national accreditation.
The clinic offers Suboxone, Sublocade, Vivitrol, and Brixadi as part of its MAT program. Those are medications the medical team uses at the Baldwin office. They are not a complete list of every FDA-approved addiction medication.
Clinical hours run Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., and Saturday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Morning IOP meets at 10:00am, Monday–Saturday. Afternoon IOP runs at 2:30pm, five days a week. Evening Intensive Outpatient (Alcohol Rehab) meets at 5:30pm, Monday–Friday. Saturday IOP meets at 10:00am. The admissions line remains open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including holidays.
The staff has grown to include licensed therapists, credentialed addiction counselors, a psychiatric nurse practitioner, physician assistants, and peer recovery advocates — several of whom are in long-term recovery themselves. The clinic also coordinates with local sober living homes to provide a combined treatment and housing option for patients who need additional structure.

Dr. Stuart Wasser, Medical Director, noted the clinic's patient retention has improved as the program has matured. "The patients who stay in treatment get better. Our job is to make it as easy as possible for them to stay — flexible hours, medications that work, therapists they trust."
Integrity Treatment Partners is a licensed drug rehab on Long Island offering IOP, standard outpatient programs, MAT, individual and group therapy, and dual diagnosis treatment. The clinic accepts Medicare, Medicaid, NYSHIP, and most commercial insurance plans. Admissions are available 24/7 at (516) 200-1669 or at www.integritytreatmentpartners.com.
When we opened, there weren't many outpatient options on Long Island for someone who needed real clinical treatment but couldn't check into a facility. We built this clinic to fill that gap, and the demand has only grown since we opened. — Josh Goldfeder, Co-Founder, Integrity Treatment Partners
