About the Role

Integrity Treatment Partners is looking for a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our medical team. This role involves providing psychiatric evaluation and medication management for clients with co-occurring substance use and mental health disorders.

You will work closely with our Medical Director and clinical team to ensure a holistic approach to patient care, addressing both the biological and psychological aspects of recovery.

Unique Fee for Service Opportunity: This is a W2 employee position with Fee for Service compensation – you are paid based on the work you do while enjoying the benefits and stability of W2 employment.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct psychiatric evaluations and medication management visits.
  • Prescribe and monitor psychotropic medications and Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) where appropriate.
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to integrate medical and behavioral interventions.
  • Educate clients and families about medication side effects, benefits, and adherence.
  • Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with state and federal regulations.

Qualifications

  • Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC).
  • Active New York State Nurse Practitioner license.
  • DEA registration and X-waiver (or ability to prescribe Buprenorphine).
  • Experience in addiction medicine or dual-diagnosis treatment preferred.
  • Compassionate, non-judgmental approach to patient care.
