Shifts Available

We have multiple shift options available for this position. Choose the schedule that works best for you.

Morning Shift

9:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Monday - Friday

Evening Shift

3:00 PM - 9:00 PM

Monday - Friday

Note: All shifts require rotating Saturdays (9:00 AM - 2:30 PM). Hourly compensation includes 2 hours of overtime on weeks you work Saturdays.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Manage incoming calls using office phone systems, directing calls to appropriate personnel as needed.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain an organized calendar for the office.
  • Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
  • Assist with patient check-in/check-out processes, acting as a medical receptionist when necessary.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth office operations.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a front desk or receptionist role in a healthcare setting is preferred.
  • Proficiency in office management practices and administrative procedures.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent computer literacy, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Excel spreadsheets.
  • Experience with customer support or client-facing roles is highly valued.
  • Knowledge of medical receptionist duties, EHR, and insurance processes.
  • Admin/Receptionist Healthcare experience: 2 years preferred.
