Family/Couples Therapist (Night Time)
About the Role
Integrity Treatment Partners is seeking a compassionate and skilled Family/Couples Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. In this role, you will provide specialized therapy to families and couples navigating the complexities of substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions.
We are looking for a clinician who understands family systems and can facilitate healing conversations, helping loved ones rebuild trust and communication. This is a night-time position, offering flexibility for clinicians looking to supplement their income or balance other commitments.
Fee For Service Model
This is a unique W2 employee position with Fee for Service compensation. You get the best of both worlds – the flexibility of building your own schedule while enjoying the stability and benefits of W2 employment.

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive family and couples assessments.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focusing on family dynamics and recovery.
- Facilitate evidence-based therapy sessions (e.g., EFT, Gottman method, Structural Family Therapy) in the evenings.
- Collaborate with individual therapists, case managers, and the medical team to ensure integrated care.
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in the Electronic Health Record (EHR).
- Participate in clinical supervision and team meetings.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field.
- Active New York State license (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT) preferred; limited permits considered with strong experience.
- Experience working with addiction/recovery and dual diagnosis populations.
- Specialized training in couples or family therapy modalities is a strong plus.
- Availability to work evening hours (Night Time shift).
