# Substance Use Therapist (Masters Level)

**Fee for Service** | Baldwin, NY | Hybrid

Multiple Roles Available / Fee for Service / W2 Employee

## About This Position

Provide evidence-based therapy for substance use disorders in individual and group formats. Multiple part-time and full-time positions available.

## Compensation

- **Pay:** $60,000 - $80,000 per year
- **Schedule:** Flexible

## Responsibilities

- Provide individual therapy and facilitate group counseling sessions.
- Develop comprehensive, person-centered treatment plans.
- Perform crisis intervention and risk assessments as needed.
- Collaborate with referral sources, sober living homes, and community partners.
- Participate in weekly clinical supervision.

## Qualifications

- Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, or Psychology.
- Valid NYS license (LMSW, LMHC) or Limited Permit active.
- Strong desire to work in the field of addiction and recovery.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
